Prior to filling in this application ensure to have 3 photos of the restaurant in 2000 px width by 800px, together with a pdf copy of your restaurant menu and a copy of the Food Safety Unit Certificate (must not be older than 12months and have a B rating)

*Notes when estimating the maximum food spend

The food spend should cover the maximum cost of two food courses (either a starter and main or a main and dessert). This will depend on what is the most likely scenario at your restaurant.

*Notes when estimating the maximum beverage spend

The beverage spend should always include coffee and a large bottle of water. Where wine is selected ‘by the bottle’, the cost of a half bottle of wine should be included.
